When you write you are expressing yourself, you are existing in space and you are beautiful. Don’t think about who might not like it or if people will understand it or not. Don’t worry if it’s boring or if you’re having writer’s block.

Breathe, come back to your page, to this moment, and write.

Listen to your inner editor at the end, after you’ve said everything you’ve wanted to say.

Let yourself be free and write what you need to write.
