My reading goal for the year was 50 books, and, not for the first time, I fell short. Even so, I can’t say I’m disappointed. In 2014 I became reacquainted with the amazing Margaret Atwood; I got to meet Cheryl Strayed, Veronica Roth, Chelsea Cain, Anne Sexton, Billy Collins, Orson Scott Card, Beth Kephart, Nora Ephron, David Sedaris, and the illustrious Mr. Richard Wilbur. These writers have changed my life. I will never forget them.
